Zucchini Chocolate Cake    ( awesome)

350 F 40-50 mins      9 x 13 rect. pan

2 ½ cups all purpose flour

½ tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

4 Tbsp + cocoa

2 large eggs

½ cup margarine (butter)

½ veg. Oil

½ cup sour cream

2 cups finely grated zucchini

1 tsp vanilla

½ to 1 cup chocolate chips

Sift together & add:

5 cups of all purpose flour

½ tsp salt

2 tsp baking soda

4 tsps cream of tartar

Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 9 x 13 pan that has been greased and floured. Generously sprinkle the top of the cake with chocolate chips.

No frosting required.
