Oven style caramel corn

Boil for 5 mins.

2 cups light brown sugar

1 cup margarine

1/2 cup corn syrup

1 tsp salt

Remove from stove.

Add 1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp vanilla

Pour syrup over a large roasting pan full of popped corn ( 6-7 qts. pf popped corn )

(almonds & pecans  ---optional)

Stir well, to coat all of the popcorn.

Bake 1 hr. at 250 F. Stir every 15 mins.
