1 Package Ritz Crackers
1 Package Hershey Skor Bits
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 Tub Vanilla Frosting
Crush crackers while still in the
cellophane bag until no large pieces remain (or use food processor if
you really like cleaning that thing!!) Place crushed crackers in a
large bowl. Add most of the toffee bits (save a few to sprinkle on
top). Mix. Add condensed milk and mix well. Put mixture in WELL
GREASED 9x9 pan. Bake @ 375F for 15 minutes. When cool, top with
frosting and reserved toffee bits.
Kip loves these... can't keep the goddamn
things in the house. I think he's feeding them to the goats!!
